Justin Doran

Crossfit Level 2, USAW Level 1, FMS Level II, Movnat Certified Trainer, Opex CCP1 in training Specialty seminars attended: Ido Portal , MovNat, Pose Running, GMB Fitness, CF Gymnastics, CF Barbell, CF Mobility, CF Endurance, CF Kids, CF Olympic lifting, CF Strongman Justin grew up watching his father perform old-school fitness routines in their dark, musty basement that served as the family gym. After childhood, Justin fell out of touch with working out and was out of shape. In order to lose weight and feel better about himself, he tried a variety of fitness options. He failed to stick to one discipline until he found CrossFit. The hard work, the stripped-down nature, and the focus on technique… everything about CrossFit reminded Justin of what makes working out special in the first place. Justin has been coaching for over 10 years. While he continues to grow and develop as an educator, his joy for fitness and desire to help others has stayed the same over the years.

Mickie Jarecki

Mickie has been active all her life, starting in elementary school with swimming, ballet and modern dance. In high school and college, she played tennis and danced. As an adult, she learned golf and began to work out at a conventional gym. After several years of spin and body pump classes, she got bored with that and decided to do obstacle course racing and mud runs for several years. In 2013, she found CrossFit and was immediately hooked by the challenging gymnastic and barbell movements. Encouraged by one of her CrossFit coaches, she pursued her Level 1 certificate in 2021 and has since found a new level of enjoyment in sharing CrossFit with people as they go through their fitness journey. Mickie is a wife, a mom of 3, and a former elementary school teacher. Currently, she works as a paralegal in a small law office. She loves to cook, read, paper-craft and watercolor and has recently begun training aerial silks.

Paul Mullin

CrossFit Level 1 CrossFit Specialty Seminars: Aerobic Capacity, Gymnastics Paul started CrossFit in 2016 in an effort to merge a newly discovered love of Olympic weightlifting with a serious need to improve his cardiovascular endurance. As the story usually goes, he wound up enjoying it far more than he suspected, and was drawn in by the community and friends he made, not to mention becoming stronger and more athletically well-rounded. His analytical nature led him to enjoy frequent deep dives into the strategy and composition of CrossFit workouts and fitness in general, and soon after, he took the Level 1 seminar and began coaching. Now he does his best to use that knowledge to help people enjoy their fitness and improve their own lives. Paul stays active during the winter months with snowboarding, and balances his time in the gym with plenty of leisurely gaming and reading.
