Small group personal training
This program is similar to our 1-on-1 coaching. You will work with a coach to create a customized program just for you, however, you will be paired up with one to three other athletes while you work out. This gives you the detailed coaching of personal training but the price benefit of a group class.
Nutrition Coaching
Eating healthy is the most powerful way to change body composition and get the results you’ve always wanted. However, fad diets never work long term. Our coaches will provide the tools and accountability you need to make small, meaningful changes that you can maintain for the rest of your life.
Group Fitness Classes
Our strength and conditioning classes are fun, engaging, and designed to help you succeed in the type of activities you do every day. When you walk into class, your coach will give you your program for the day and you’ll be taught how to do each movement safely and effectively. Once everyone is ready, the workout begins and we all sweat together!
